PROPERTY LOANS AND SELLER PACKAGES

All loan types: Purchase • Refinance • VA • FHA • HELOC • More

Don’t know where to sign? Why is there so much paperwork? Do I have to go through everything? Desert Notary Services will help! A purchase money loan is issued to the buyer of a home by the seller. It is also called seller financing or owner financing and this loan is what allows someone to become a homeowner without having enough cash on hand. Or, if you have to sign documents for loan refinancing, this means you have taken out a new loan to pay off one or more outstanding loans.

We’ll review the common documents that need to be signed on your loan paperwork, such as your closing disclosure that includes your loan amount and loan term, interest rate lock agreement, initial escrow account disclosure (if applicable), your pay-off, lender information, and more. We’ll even remind you how to sign your name and what name to put if multiple names exist.

General Notary Work (GNW)

Deeds • Trusts • Powers of Attorney • More

General Notary Work

General notary work refers to the day-to-day documents such as Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Deeds, Advanced Medical Directives, DMV forms, Apostilles, Divorce Agreements and the like that a client needs notarized. These are the types of documents that we generally receive from our locals and visitors in our community. Once we arrange a rate that’s suitable for both parties, we can meet up and get the documents notarized.

GNW ranges between 5 minutes to 20 minutes and payment will be completed upon the rendering of the GNW service. The average loan closing ranges from 15 to 30 minutes up to an hour and payment will be arranged prior to the signing appointment.
